Another note so that you guys don't get scared of responsibilities:
Despite only one leader will be chosen, others will still have chances to work in the Council. The winner is just the main operator, thus team work will be required essentially. The Council will be split up into different "departments", which have their own directors. For instance, a treasurer to take care of money, certainly including keeping track of it like cutievat suggested; a connector to get hold of members if an event takes place; a meeting and traveling director to search for locations and transportations when meetings and trips are held; a food supplier to fulfill all the starving stomachs. etc....
Generally, there are a lot of positions available for any of you who might be interested. Plus, department directors always cooperate with one another in the whole process. Definitely, the treasurer will necessarily associate with any activity for the need finance. All these operators, who can not or do not want to act alone can have and ask for members??T assistance.
Anyway, just a little explanation to encourage you all.

Hi all,
I think that it would be extremely difficult to hold weekly meeting for TTVNONline English Club members in HN. A monthly one seems to be the appropriate solution for all.
Regarding to the financial issue, I think that they should apply the American Style (everyone share the costs on an equal base), as successfully applied in 7XHN Club monthly meetings, in terms of anything related to financial issues, namely food, drink, travel costs, etc.
I don't think the establishment of so many departments is a good idea. Would it be better to establish a High Executive Council, which open to those having time to organize a meeting? Members of the Council will meet together ahead of the fixed time for the meeting to discuss the preparation.

To Lion King: Nothing is fixed. We will bring up the plan discussion after the new mod is chosen and during meetings. Members should also negotiate with the Council for their own convenience.
Essays do not have to be sent to only me; any mod would be proper. If one receives any candidate's documents. He or she would forward them to the entire mods. We shall distribute them at once.
