Tóm lại là Ukr đòi Nga 6 tỷ đô và Nga đòi Ukr 4,5 tỷ đô đồng thời ước tính thiệt hại của vụ vi phạm contract này khiến Ukr sẽ phải đền bù 18 tỷ đô.

Vụ Ukr kiện Nga 6 tỷ đô thì mình không có ý kiến vì không nắm cái hợp đồng năm 2010 do Tymoshenko ký.
Vụ Nga kiện Ukr ko tuân thủ hợp đồng (cụ thể: failure to import the agreed upon amount of natural gas under their "take or pay" contract - tạm dịch: không nhập khẩu đúng khối lượng gas như đã cam kết trong hợp đồng) thì khả năng Nga sẽ thắng vì đây là điều khoản rất nghiêm ngặt và có giá trị quan trọng để chốt giá gas (kiểu như buôn bán sỉ với nhau, đồng ý về khối lượng tối thiểu thì mới chốt giá rẻ, nếu ko mua đủ khối lượng thì người bán sẽ áp dụng giá bán lẻ thay vì giá bán sỉ).

Chà chà, bán giá của Nga đã trả không nổi, thế muốn bán với giá của Mỹ hay sao nhỉ!

Bảo vệ an ninh không có nghĩa là phải đưa quân vào hoặc dùng bom nguyên tử!
Bảo vệ an ninh nhiều khi chỉ cần dọa lôi mấy thằng tội phạm ra trừng trị là chúng khiếp, nhiều khi chỉ cần tuyên bố!
Nga liên tục có những tuyên bố sai lầm giống như 1 kẻ bất lực, từ xưa đến giờ Nga đưa ra EU với hội đồng bảo an LHQ có bao giờ có kết quả gì đâu! Vậy mà vẫn cứ đưa ra cãi như thằng bất lực.
