    The Beatles perform at the Kaiserkeller Club, Grosse Freiheit,
    Hamburg, West Germany.

    1964
    The Beatles, at the Granada TV Centre in Manchester, record an
    appearance for the television program "Scene at 6:30". They
    lip-sync to "I Should Have Known Better". Broadcast on October 16.

    1964
    The Beatles, on a tour of Britain, perform two shows at the ABC
    Cinema in Ardwick, Manchester.

    1968
    The Beatles in the recording studio (Studio Two, EMI Studios,
    London). The last recording session for "The Beatles" (the White
    Album). Ad***ional overdubs complete George's song "Savoy
    Truffle".

    John and Yoko appear on New York public television station WNET, on
    the program "Free Time".

    [P] 1997
    Sir Paul McCartney's classical symphony, "Standing Stone", is given
    its premiere performance at London's Royal Albert Hall. Paul is
    given six curtain calls. Critical reaction is mixed.

    "The Beatles Anthology" book sits at #1 on the New York Times
    non-fiction bestseller list.
