Thật ra TQM là gì tớ cũng ko biết.Tớ muốn hỏi shinggo tớ muốn giúp ấy nhưng bây giờ tớ nói tiếng Việt ccó đuwọc ko chứ thực ra nghĩ TV nhanh hơn là TA?

Tuần tới là thứ 2 này hả anh S? Gấp thế.
Câu 5 và 11 có lẽ dễ hơn cả nên em có tài liệu trong Business Basic. Nếu anh có quyển đó rồi thì thôi.
Câu 6, 12 và 14 nằm trong assignment của khoa em, nếu anh không chê thì em sẽ đưa anh tài liệu tham khảo ( tất nhiên là bài làm của sinh viên )
