Food! I prefer food and "candy kitty",

Talking about food is such a broad topic. And it not seem such a familiar topic due to the fact that I am bad at cooking. Any way, I prefer the Vietnamese Southern Cooking that the North since in my own view I think the Vietnamese Northern Cooking is so simple with a great number of boil dishes. Have you ever eaten in the Ngon restaurant in HCM city? I used to go around there but I had a little bit disapointed because the waiters there were so a little impolite.

kittycandy, I am totally agreed with you. That restaurant was nice, but overall, it didn''t leave me with a good impression about their hospitality.

Anyway, JUST ignore them and enjoy the food anyway, my dear friends!
I also like the very informal food, like Bun Bo Hue, Pho Tai,...!

Bún Bò Huế is my favourite food, there are a great munber of family restaurants where serving this kind of food. I used to eat it in Lữ Gia hostel near by the University of Technology (HCM). However, I also prefer Cháo Lòng, I enjoy eating this delicious dish in the small alley in Nguễn Thị Minh Khai street, near the Từ Dũ Hospital. Do anyone know about the other places where serving tasty dishes? I could name a lot but it is so many.

@ TrnHo: Sometime I wonder that why the Ngon Restaurant is so much famous and attracting to the foreigners although the waiters'' behaviours in there are so terrible.
