Kh-31A là tên lửa siêu âm chống tàu chiến
Kh-31p là tên lửa chống rada nhưng cũng có thể dùng để chống tàu chiến được (Tàu chiến nào chả mang rada đối không, mà tàu chiến còn to hơn mấy trạm rada trên mặt đất ấy chứ)

Trong dự án Su-30MKI có các công ty Ấn độ tại Ấn tham gia sản xuất linh kiện cung cấp cho máy bay MKI và giờ là cho cả SU-30 của Malay, Angeri nữa. Phía Nga chuyển giao công nghệ cho Ấn độ ngày càng nhiều thì lợi thế chi phí sx tại Ấn nhiều hơn

Hal: six decades of trailblazing


Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) saw another in a row of its leaders retire on 30 November 2004, as 60-year-old Shri Nalini Ranjan Mohanty, Chairman from September 2001, stepped down after a 33-year career with the company.
Under Mohanty''s chairmanship, the largest aerospace manufacturer achieved such milestones as the first flight of the Intermediate Jet Trainer (IJT), production entry of the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) and the recent roll-out of the first indigenously assembled Sukhoi Su-30MKI fighter.

A similar technology transfer programme was ensured through the general contract signed in 2000 between HAL and Russian arms exporter Rosoboronexport. Under the $3.5 billion deal, the Indian company will manufacture 140 Sukhoi Su-30MKI advanced multirole fighters under licence from Russia ?" complete with avionics, Lyulka Saturn AL-31FP thrust-vectoring turbofan engines and spares to cover their lifetime operation ?" until 2017.
HAL''s Nasik airframe production division was sufficiently expanded for the task, and launched the airframe manufacture in 2004. A special production facility was set up at Karaput to manufacture engines for the fighters, and HAL''s Hyderabad-based Avionics Division has launched production of mission computers and display processors for the Su-30MKIs.
The first two indigenously built fighters for the IAF were rolled out in late 2004. HAL cannot re-export any of the Su-30MKI fighters to be built by it. However, under a recent contract with the Irkut Corporation, the original Su-30 manufacturer, HAL will supply certain parts, including fins and stabilisers, for Irkut production line.

India, Russia to sign deal on Sukhoi
moscow, dec 26 (PTI) ?" New Delhi and Moscow will sign the much-awaited multi-billion-dollar technology transfer deal for production of 150 Sukhoi ?~SU-30MKI?T multi-role jets in India under Russian license on December 28, the defence sources here said.
The two countries had agreed on the deal during Russian President Vladimir Putin?Ts India visit in October.
A high level Indian team, led by Ad***ional Secretary of defence production Dhirendra Singh and HAL Chairman Krishna Das Nair, is currently in Russia to complete the formalities and ink the deal in the Siberian city of Irkutsk on Thursday at the local aircraft plant ?~IAPO?T, the sources said.
Under the $ 3 b deal, India would be granted a ?odeep? license which provides for the indigenous production of all components of SU-30MKI over a period of 20 years, including ?~AL-31fp?T thrust-vectoring engines.
Moscow had signed a similar deal with Beijing a few years ago but had refused to issue ?odeep? license to China, which is tightly tied to Russian engine supplies for the licensed production of older generation SU-27 bombers, top Russian defence expert Ruslan Pukhov said.

India''s state-run aircraft maker Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will supply components for the assembly of 300 Sukhoi Su-30MK multi-role fighters to a Russian aircraft manufacturer.
Under the deal signed here last month during Indian Defence Minister A K Antony''s visit, HAL will supply large components to Russia''s Irkut Corporation for assembling the airframes of Su-30MK fighters. The Russian firm is working on Indian, Malaysian and Algerian export orders.
"We had to cross several bureaucratic barriers over the years before this landmark deal could be finalised," President of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) Alexei Fedorov said.
The UAC official declined to divulge the value of the deal between HAL and the Russian firm.
He said the highly successful Indo-Russian cooperation in the Su-30MKI project laid the base for the inter-governmental agreement for the joint development of the fifth generation fighter aircraft (FGA).

Xin phép khép lại vấn đề này. Ta thấy các công ty Ấn độ họ có cơ hội tiếp cận công nghệ kỹ thuật hàng không từ phần mềm đến phần cứng, nên những máy bay chiến đấu họ sx ra sẽ có giá thành rẻ hơn mà tính năng cũng khá tốt => cơ hội cho KQVN mình
