Em có 1 chuyện này cần các bác tư vấn. Em apply visa sang Ấn Độ từ lâu rồi và Consulate General of India cũng đã sent back my passport with visa more than a month ago via DHL Express. However, DHL miscoded the country code and delivered the package to Uzbekistan. I didn''t know that and just waited for so long. Then I called DHL and realized that fact. They also didn''''t notice it until I called them. They kept apologizing me and said that they would fix the problem.
It took them several days to fix that problem (I don''''t know why it took them so long). I and DHL kept calling each other for so many times. And last week, they said that when the package was sent back to NY, it was miscoded again and was on the way to Brussel, Belgium.
I got my passport today, but I lost a lot of things. My company already bought the tickets for my comming back to Vietnam. I was supposed to travel last week. I blocked many of my accounts (banking accounts, phone account...). I also already moved out. I had to stay in a motel for the last 7 days. Now I have to renew my ticket to Vietnam. In general, everything was screwed up and the most important thing is that it wasted a lot of my useful time, you know. I asked for a compensation from DHL but they just kept apologizing me.
I was soooo upset with DHL. Some friends suggested me suing DHL, but I''''ve never done that or just the like. Another problem is that I''''ll travel to Vietnam in the next 2 or 3 days. So, I ask các bác cho em lời khuyên có nên sue hay không? và nếu sue thi làm cách nào? Nếu sue thì có chắc mình thắng hay không? Với lại có 1 lần a DHL agent said that they were not responsible for lost packages.
