Your question shall require a substantial amount of my reading of areas of relevant laws for you. I am busy with my work in the office but promise to give you an answer by the weekend.
By the way I just let everyone know that, being different from a non-legal question, a legal question most of the cases shall require me to read laws and do extensive research for an answer. I hope you would not expect me to answer in five minutes as you would expect in a non-legal question.
Where I have the legal experience in my mind I surely shall reply to you as quickly as I could most of the time just a few hours following your posted question.

Thank you for your reply.
After I get to America, we will be getting married within 60 days.
I really hope that they are not going to take 90 just to have a date for my interview. That would be too long.
I don''t know if they Embassy would let my fiance stay with me during the interview but the guy that took care of the papers for him in America said that he can be in there with me, and the interview would be easier.
Our engagement is real But I am just afraid that the interviewer would not be able to reogconize which ones are real and which ones are not.
If you have any tips about being able to have the visa issued then let me know.

I am sorry to say that you are confusing me now. The most important thing for a client to receive a good advice from a legal practitioner is that such client must provide non-confusing facts for him to make judgement and provide advice.
In your second message above, you made me understand that your fiance petitioned to the USCIS in the US and such petition has been approved. The NCV center then sent the approval to the Embassy who in return shall call you for interview.
Please confirm this process with me so that I will know what to advise. Do you know anything about the process or you actually do not know anything and you leave the process to the hands of your husband to be?
