Tư vấn luật - giải đáp các thắc mắc về vấn đề luật pháp

Chào Analyst,
Tôi hiện sống ở VN. Họ tên người cha trên giấy khai sinh của tôi không phải là ba ruột của tôi. Ba ruột tôi hiện đang sống ở Mỹ. Rất mong bạn hướng dẫn Ba tôi và tôi cần phải làm gì để có thể tiến hành thủ tục bảo lãnh cho tôi?

Just a very quick note to let you know that I will busy today and tomorrow but expect to be able to answer your question, plus two other questions above on Friday and the weekend.
With regard to your situation, in short, the following must be done:
(1) You must change your birth certificate in Vietnam, or do the like, in order to later prove to the USCIS or the Embassy that the US citizen is your Dad. Otherwise, they will trust what is written in the certificate and you will fail your case, and
(2) You Dad who is the US citizen must petition to the USCIS in the US to sponsor you. Family sponsor shall take many and many years to obtain approval.
(3) Once the approval has been made by the USCIS, they shall send it to the NCV (not checked name yet) and the NCV shall send your document plus the approval to the Vietnam Embassy..
(4) The Embassy shall call you for interview if needed or shall issue you a permanent visa if you are eligible.
I shall return and discuss this further.

Để chứng minh được đó là Ba ruột của tôi ngoài việc sửa lại họ tên Cha trong Giấy Khai Sinh thì từ Mỹ Ba tôi có thể làm đơn xin thừa nhận tôi là con (thay vì làm đơn xin làm Cha đỡ đầu theo như bạn hướng dẫn ở phần (2)) và có thể xin được xét nghiệm máu để xác định huyết thống không?
Chân thành cám ơn vì dù rất bận rộn nhưng bạn cũng dành chút thời gian trả lời cho chúng tôi.

Hi Analyst,
I apogozige for confusing you. I do know about how the proccess works. Yes my fiance submitted the papers to the BCIS, we got the approval after 5 months, and it is going to expire on the 15th of August. Our papers were forwarded to the Embassy in Vietnam from the NVC in NH in April, and I have recently sent the packet 3 to the Embassy applying for my visa to the US to marry my fiance. He has been here waiting for me to come with him, since we both want him to go with me to the interview.
Somebody let me know that from the date I submitted my packet 3, it would take me 3 months to have the interview date so I would like to ask if I can happen to have my interview date before my approval expires.
