    Chào Analyst,
    EM ở Houston, Texas.
Hôm vừa rồi em mới bị speeding ticket.
    Location: Out of school zone
    Violation: 52mph in 40mph zone
    Thank you anh.

    Thanks AnzCutie
There is no need to apologize. I understand most non-law trained people do not have knowledge, or care less about, a legal process. This is common.
    (1) The USCIS approval of your fiance''''s petition I-129F shall be valid for four months and shall be expired in August. The Consulate shall be permitted to extend its vali***y if necessary.
    (2) You are advised not to push the process. If the abovementioned petition has been approved it is more likely that you shall migrate to the US (sooner or later). A push shall make the Consulate suspicious and might be detrimental to your case.
    (3) You cannot demand the Consulate to speed up the process. Of course you can write to them but, should you shall do such, you may have problem during the interview.

I think a change in the birth certificate shall be sufficient. However, it should be good to use technology namely DNA test to prove that the US citizen is your blood Dad.
You Dad shall then petition to the USCIS to sponsor you to migrate to the US. Once such approval has been made, you shall be required by the Embassy, or Consulate, to apply for a permanent visa. Please note that family based sponsorship shall take years and years to complete. This category of migration is capped too as far as I am aware of.

I hope that Netwalker message shall be able to assist you. When I have time I will read Net message in order to know what it is about.
Although you did not provide sufficient evidence for me to judge, and analyse, the case I can presume that you failed to make payment by the due date of the speeding ticket and are now summoned by the Court to appear on the Second of July.
Before I make further investigation for you, please read Net message and let me know if you have any further question. I now answer the question that you are permitted to re-schedule the court appearance without the jury approval. I understand this means that you will not need to obtain the approval of a jury in order to re-schedule. In order words, just contact the court and say you wish to appear in another time. This relates to civil legal proceedings ("CLP") of a common law country. In order to explain this in detail I shall need to read the CLP of Texas. This is state-based and I am not living in Texas.
Just read information provided and let me know if you have further questions.
