As a matter of law, you shall be required to be married within 90 (not 60) days since the date of your arrival at the US.

Since you are studying (and as PhD student) I shall ask you to work more instead of providing you with all the information you shall need.
    (1) Please go to the website of the US Department of Agriculture and read laws with regard to importing certain products into the US.
    (2) http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/qa-ind2e.html
Please go to the above-mentioned website and read general information on how the FDA regulates the import of products. At the bottom of this site there are hyperlinks for you to read the laws and regulations stipulating such issues. Please visit them and read them all where necessary.
    (3) Just a quick note to let you know that this is more likely to fall under federal jurisdiction, not state-jurisdiction, and hence beware when you read laws.

    Hi analyst.
It''''s such a marvelous effort that you have contributed to this forum, especially this section. Admire you a lot
Here is my problem and I really need your help. Last week, I lost my wallet in which are my green card, my social security card, and my driver license. I was so careless. I know that I should only carry copies of those, but I did not. And now, I''''m a mess.
I am about to fill out an application for a replacement of my green card, but I don''''t know what documents I should have with me by the time filling it. The problem is I totally forgot my green card number, and I lost all of the receipts that the INS has sent to me. One more question: should I have my green card replaced before I apply for the social security card replacement?
Thank you for reading my situation. Hope to hear answers from you soon. Have a nice weekend.

Tican, thanks for your notes above and I can only do this because I have the encouragment from Netwalker.
I am owing two more legal questions herein (1) green cards, and (2) E type visa queried by Peanut. Let me finish the other first and then I will come back.
My memory in this issue is you complete a form and submit to the USCIS for the reissue of a green card (forgot the number of the form but will read the laws about this and tell you later).
In the meantime, if you wish, please call the USCIS and inform them as soon as possible. If not, and if you have a problem with the police now, you may have trouble.
    Will return.
