Anzcutie, the general rule is you notify them as soon as you realise the incorrectness of information rather than you leave for them to find out first. They will look at your documents closely before the interview and so please mail them as soon as possible. There is no need to do an express mail. As soon as you drop mail in a mailbox you will be deemed that a notification has been made successfully (this is a prima facie or general rule of correspondences in law).

(i) Bảo hiểm đó gọi là liability insurance from the lessor to the lessee. Câu bạn hỏi liên quan đến the Law of Torts hay còn gọi là negligence. Khi bạn cho một người thuê, hay mời một người vào chơi, những người đó law gọi là invitee or licensee. Bạn phải có trách nhiệm với họ. Luật gọi là bạn nợ họ duty of care. Nếu họ có vấn đề gì trong nhà của bạn, hay ở nơi mà bạn là owner mà do lỗi của bạn, bạn phải chịu trách nhiệm. Lấy ví dụ, bạn biết là mái nhà sắp sập mà bạn vẫn cho họ vào. Nếu họ bị thương vì mái nhà sập, bạn liable under civil case.
Bảo hiểm này không cần phải mua. Mua hay không là do bạn muốn. Nếu muốn mua (thường mọi người không mua miễn là bạn ý thức và cẩn thận đừng để tai nạn là được) thì bạn ra mua bảo hiểm.
Người Việt mình hay quan niệm là mời người ta vào nhà chơi rồi ví dụ để nước trên floor người ta trượt té thì không sao. Ở common law là bạn liable ah.

Về câu hỏi thứ 2, ý YB muốn hỏi là :
( YB nghe nói ở Úc có luật không được tự ý đốn cây, muốn đốn cây chủ nhà phải xin phép council, nếu tự ý đốn cây mà council biết thì chủ nhà phải bị phạt.)
Do đó nếu trong vườn nhà có cây to như cây GUM ( cây khuynh diệp or bạch đàn ) , cây bị chết ( do tự nhiên or cố ý ) - Khô cành , trụi lá, Nói chung là không tồn tại - như vậy chủ nhà có bị phạt không?
