    Dear analyst,
I''''ve got a case like this . My friend is a US citizen, he has been married to a Thai girl for 3 years already .He has been applying to get her to US 3 years ago . As his income is low , IRS requires him to have a sponser for the case. The thing is, as he''''s poor he doesn''''t any friend that want to help him with that .
So if someone is poor , he seems not to allow to have a wife . Cause he''''s poor , no one in US wants to marry him, he''''s got to go to Thailand to marry a Thai girl . But still cause he''''s poor he can''''t get her over to US to live with him . Should he sue the US government for that ? The right to have a wife is for everyone regardless poor or rich by the US consitution law , right ?

    Dear Analyst,
Let me start off by thanking you for all of yỏu advices you''ve given me, I am really thankful for those.
I really don''t mean to keep you stuck with me forever but I do have more things to ask, I really hope that you don''t mind me asking you too much.
Since you said that I can find the immigration office number on their website, could you tell me whêre to get it? Because me and my fiance wêre trying to get their number but all we got was the toll free number.
Yes we can be sure that our engagement is genuine, so since it réally is I shouldn''t be worried and impatient? Sometimes I do think about what if they are never going to touch my petition, could that ever happen? I know that it is a silly worry. I really hope you can relieve me.
And what if it has been past 6 months but we still haven''t heard from them? what should we do? Should we file another petition? But I know nothíng''s wrong with my petition since my fiance had a proffesional guy do it for him.
I did read what you posted on how a petition could get refused,
the only thing that we got out of the 8 things you posted is we don''t share the same ethnic background.
I am going to end my post hêre. I really hope you are not getting a headache reading my long post.
    Again, thank you very much.

    (1) Can you please go to www.uscis.gov to find out the information.
    (2) The way the US governmental department works is they will answer your question because it is their responsibilities. They will answer but the issue of exactly when remains mysterious.
    (3) If it is over six months since the date of your submission then you will need to wait further I am afraid. Otherwise you could ask your fiance to go to the USBCIS office and ask them directly.
    Good luck with your endeavors.

    (1) The US Constitution does not stipulate that a US citizen is not permitted to marry someone.
    (2) He cannot take legal actions against the US government because regardless of his Constitutional rights, he must follow the law (both federal and state laws).
    (3) The federal law provides that in order to sponsor someone to the US he must meet many requirements two of which are that he must have a domicile and that he must have enough finance to take care of the alien.
    (4) The US government does not want to invite, and thereafter naturalize, an alien who will live on social securities.

    Analyst
I want to ask some questions about alien corporations. I know what the definition for an alien corporation is, but I am not sure whether it does business mainly in U.S or in the country where it was formed?
Besides, is there a case when an LLC is formed in a foreign country, and does business in US? Do you call a "công ty TNHH" in VN an LLC or an alien corporation if it does business in US?
Can alien corporations get tax advantage (flow-through) or any other advantages at any state in US?
What are the legal requirements for a foreign company to set its office or do business in US?
I hope none of my questions confuses you . Thank you in advance.
