DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the overall supervision of the General Manager and the supervision of the Head of the CDM Project Management Department and the Head of Services Department, the CDM Senior Project Manager will primarily drive and achieve the objective of successful registration of CDM projects and successful delivery of services carried out by Enecore for itõ?Ts clients. In particular the CDM Senior Project Manager will:

õ? Coordinate and review the work of Enecore CDM Project Developers along the whole project development cycle, including:
ù?ư Review of PDDs with the aim to ensure the highest quality and minimize validation and registration risks;
ù?ư Study and monitoring of CDM EB methodologies and secure their correct application within the PDD;
ù?ư Travel to the project sites for validation, verification and as required otherwise by the PDD development;
ù?ư DNA approval, validation and verification processes;
ù?ư Communication with the Designated National Authority and other government entities for PDD submission and approval;
ù?ư Communication with Designated Operational Entities for validation, verification and other related matters;
ù?ư Communication with Project Owners for any matter related to the preparation of the PDD as well as validation and verification of the CDM project.
õ? Contribute to the technical implementation of Enecore Services, including:
ù?ư Collection and analysis of accurate and complete data/documents with the aim to identify the risk that may affect the project validation, registration and CER delivery;
ù?ư Performance on-site CDM au*** of projects;
ù?ư Drafting of report on findings from document check and on-site au***.
õ? Monitor and analyze changes of the CDM framework that may affect projects in Enecore existing and building portfolio or offer new business opportunities for Enecore business, including:
ù?ư Monitoring and analysis of changes of EB rules, revision of approved methodology and approval of new ones;
ù?ư Monitoring and analysis of changes of local and national energy policies and markets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
õ? Master Degree or Higher Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Economics or other technically related disciplines
õ? Three to five years experience in CDM project management, including the development of at least one CDM project;
õ? Excellent working knowledge of Vietnamese (mother tongue) and English;
õ? Excellent computer skills, with particular relevance to Word, Excel and Power Point

SELECTION CRITERIA
õ? Relevance of work experience, with emphasis on energy au***ing and power plant engineering
õ? Extent of study, research and work experience abroad
õ? Extent of knowledge of UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol regulatory frameworks
õ? Extent of knowledge of the Clean Development Mechanism process
õ? Extent of knowledge, experience and understanding of the energy sector, engineering and technology for power plants
õ? Extent of experience in organizing and coordinating meetings/missions and in preparing/e***ing written reports in English
õ? Demonstrated ability of working independently with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment
õ? Demonstrated capacity of working with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
õ? Extent of knowledge of other foreign languages other than English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the overall supervision of the General Manager and the direct supervision of the Head of the CDM Global Project Acitivities, the CDM Project Developer will primarily drive and achieve the objective of successful submission of CDM project documents for final registration by the CDM Executive Board of the Kyoto Protocol. In particular the CDM Project Developer will:
? Assess CDM potential of the originated projects
? Write the PDD and monitor its correct and timely implementation along the whole project cycle
? Collect and provide accurate and complete data/documents needed for the development of the PDD, its validation by the DOE and registration by the EB.
? Study and monitor CDM EB methodologies and secure their correct application within the PDD.
? Travel to the project sites for validation, verification and as required otherwise by the PDD preparation and implementation
? Liaise with the Designated National Authority and other government entities for PDD submission and approval
? Liaise with Designated Operational Entities for validation, verification and other related matters
? Liaise with the Buyer and the Project Owner for any matter related to the preparation of the PDD as well as validation and verification of the CDM project
? Perform other related duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Master Degree or Higher Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Economics or other technically related disciplines
? One to three years experience in CDM project management, including the development of at least 5 PDD;
? Excellent working knowledge of Vietnamese (mother tongue) and English;
? Excellent computer skills, with particular relevance to Word, Excel and Power Point
