    Dear prospective graduate students,

    CCIT Lab in Information and Communications University (ICU), Korea is looking for talented students who are interested in wireless communications, information theory and error control codes. CCIT Lab was established in 2003 and has been working on error-control codes. Now, we are planning to extend the research interests to MIMO space-time codes, adaptive modulation and coding, and many other promising areas. We would like to invite many talented students to our endeavor. Feel free to contact the member of CCIT Lab and consult your future with them.

    - Communication Theory and Information Theory
    - Adaptive Modulation and Coding
    - Channel codes defined on graphs such as LDPC codes and Turbo codes

    Graduate applicants are required *****bmit a study plan, copies of diplomas, official transcripts, and two letters of recommendation among others. Non-native English speakers must show a proof of English proficiency by submitting a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (CBT 213) or IELTS score of 6.0, for English is the main instructional language at ICU. ICU''s institutional code of TOEFL/GRE/GMAT is 4558. The application deadlines are October 31 for the spring term and April 30 for the fall term.     Research Assistantship
    Students in the graduate programs generally receive research assistantships by participating in research projects. The amounts vary, but students may earn an average stipend of approximately $400/month.

    Teaching Assistantship
    Students have opportunities to receive teaching assistantships by serving as graduate assistants for courses and computer/network administration.

    Internship
    Students can earn monthly stipend by participating in internship at research institutions and corporations through the Internship Research Program.
