Sometimes I ask myself that what I will do after leaving school. More than 15 years in different levels of school, what can I do to repay for my mother''s cre***?

I don''t know why the bachelor degree in Vietnam is seen as some waste things, except some excellent cases. As other students, I''m still worried about my future jobs (though I started working for my mother at the age of 17, at the same time with study). Moreover, not many students get the jobs at the right major they studied..., so, what could I do with this qualification?

Yesterday my aunt asked me about it. I know that she had a conversation with my mom last week on this question. She said that she still doesn''t understand why my mom let me study that much (2 schools with 2 foreign languages) while it''s not necessary in her opinion. Though I made sure with her that I will work in a hotel or I will set up a new business on the base of my mother''s job in current (''cos we are down now, my mom is gonna give it up) or I will do both, she still keeps insisting on her opinion: "Don''t need to study that much ''cos bachelor degree in Vietnam, exactly Vietnamese education is like a mess"...

Back to my question: VN edu: with a bachelor degree, what can a student do after graduation?

It is a good question. What can we do with our degree?
You take a look around this club, FJX. Most of them are degree holders. And they got their jobs and worked well I believe. Why do you feel doubts about ur future career? And you are a smart and good looking girl. To get a job is not difficult for you. And I believe a lot of guys here are ready any time to offer you this unique and special job: become their housewife with extremly attractive salary package (hổng thành tài thì cũng thành nội trợ, lo gì em FJX). So dun worry.
There are some people who persist to tell us that education is stupid. Spending a lot of money to be jobless after graduation. I doubt how many of them did really look for a job. They got experrience or just heard from others ( rumors maybe). Or some are failures accually. So just ignore such kind of negative comments. Such kind of comments or mind sets are very popular among farmers or people who never really know about education or go to schools. That ''s dangerous. If all the famers in the country value the education they will try to send their kids to school and do the best they can. I believe our country will be less pooer

    I couldn''t agree more with Tao_lao.
What''s more, what ppl actually mean when they call VNese education a waste is that VNese edu can''t GUARANTEE an easy future for a bachelor degree holder.
But you can always "attack" them back by telling them, "Not only VNese edu at university level is a waste, the whole VNese edu system is a mess. Do not waste your child''s life in ANY school." And then you wait and see if they do prevent their OWN children from schooling.
