Mỹ và Nga Xô 2 thằng học thuyết khác nhau, tư duy khác thì làm sao lấy chuẩn vũ khí thằng này đi làm tiêu chuẩn so với thằng khác để hơn kém được.
So sánh về khung thân và độ bền ngay từ đầu đã khập khiễng và không phù hợp.

Đang nói đến Mig 29k, boạt động từ 2005 đến nay, theo giá các hợp đồng của Ấn độ giá 48-51 triệu/ chiếc đã bao gồm phụ tùng cho hết vòng đời hơn 3000 giờ của máy bay.

Tính trung bình 15000/giờ

Mig29k với khung thân 15% composite có khả năng hoạt động hết hơn 3000 giờ mà không cần đại tu.

Chi phí chủ yếu đến từ bảo trì động cơ, hệ thống điện tử.

Đương nhiên không tính tiền dầu và vũ khí.


Động cơ RD 33mk của Mig29k,Mig35 giá 2,8 triệu, có tuổi thọ 4000 giờ,1000 giờ đại tu 1 lần, chi phí ước tính 45% giá trị động cơ tương đương hơn 1 triệu cho mỗi chiếc, 1 cặp động cơ tốn khoảng 2,5 triệu cho mỗi 1000 giờ cho tiền đại tu sửa chữa.


Sao không liệt kê hợp đồng 2,91 tỷ cho 14 chiếc F16 của Slovakia, 8,08 tỷ cho 66 chiếc F16 của Đài loan.chi phí hoạt động của chúng tính ra cũng hơn 15000/giờ , không tính vũ khí xăng dầu.

Việc lựa chọn vũ khí nào còn phụ thuộc vào chính trị ,cũng như nhu cầu thực tế,

Mig29k có khả năng đối hải,đối không rất mạnh, trong khi F16 thực hiện các nhiệm vụ ném bom, hỗ trợ ...tốt hơn.phần lớn F16 không được trang bị tên lửa chống tàu., radar của F16 cũng không thể tìm thấy 1 tàu khu trục từ khoảng các 300km giống như Mig29k.

This contract provides for the production and support of 14 Slovak Republic F-16 block 70 aircraft. Work will be performed at Greenville, South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2024. This contract award involves 100% foreign military sales to the Slovak Republic. This award is the result of a Slovak Republic conducted competition. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $799,955,939 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8615-19-C-6053).

Vậy là đơn giá 1 chiếc F16 ngang ngửa 1 chiếc Su35S, và nhiều hơn chi phi cho 1 chiếc Mig29 hết vòng đời.

Khi nào chú trưng ra hợp đồng 2.2 tỷ của Ấn là bao gồm chi phí bảo đảm kỹ thuật. Rồi Mig-29k siêu bền không cần đi đại tu trong vòng 3000 giờ nữa. Chứng minh những gì chú nói là có căn cứ thì đây sẽ đưa bằng chứng thể hiện chi phí toàn vòng đời của Mig-29 là 93 triệu ở trên. Nói láo thành thần mà còn to còi đòi người khác đưa bằng chứng mới ghê chứ.

The Indian Navy's primary fighter operating from the aircraft carrier INS Vikrama***ya faces operational deficiencies due to defects in engines, airframes and fly-by-wire systems, according to a report by India's autonomous au***or, the Comptroller and Au***or General (CAG). However, Indian Navy officials say the Russian-made MiG-29K remains the best choice available....

"This is in spite of the fact that the development of the MiG-29K has been totally funded by the Indian Navy."

The call for improved ruggedness originates from an issue after deck landings. The MiG-29K fighter’s settings reportedly require a reset after landing on the deck of the carrier.
“After every carrier landing (which is virtually like a crash), components of the aircraft crack, break or stop functioning. The aircraft, then goes to the workshop for repair/replacement of the part, which often has to come from Russia,” Prakash said.

Cứ đưa ra bằng chứng là cái hợp đồng 2 tỷ gì ấy nó có kèm chi phí bảo đảm kỹ thuật toàn vòng đời. Xạo sự là theo Spiri thì có một hợp đồng 2 tỷ làm gì.

Ví dụ: mua 16 động cơ F110 của GE, mua súng 6 nòng, mua ra đa AESA APG83, mua thiết bị liên lạc Link16 MIDS-JTRS; mua giá treo tên lửa LAU-129; mua mũ bay hiển thị cho phi công; mua các hệ thống cảm biến, tác chiến điện tử gắn cố định trên máy bay....

Trong đó giá sản xuất + lắp ráp đủ thứ hầm bà lằng để ra con F16 cấu hình Block 70 là 800 tr/14 con = 57 tr/1 con.
Nhưng con máy bay đó phải lắp thêm động cơ, ra đa, pháo, mũ bay, giá treo, cảm biến.... mới thành con máy bay hoàn chỉnh chưa vũ khí được.

Tính kiểu gì thì giá cả 14 con máy bay đến khi lắp ráp hoàn chỉnh cũng phải bằng một nửa giá tiền. Cho là 1,4 tỉ đô. Phải 100 tr/1con mới đúng giá.

Nah, cái hợp đồng ấy 800 triệu là chỉ định LM làm tổng thầu lắp F-16. 800 triệu ấy là đã bao gồm tiền chi cho các hãng khác làm radar, động cơ để mang về lắp. Làm gì có chuyện ngân sách trả tiền cho tổng thầu xong rồi còn phải trả tiền cho bọn B, B', B'' làm từng cấu kiện nữa.
