wanna be an admin of a anime site

i''m thinking about setting up : anime4otaku.com
anime4otaku.com and manga4otaku.com will be affliated and virtually merged !
reason: ?? partly to get more $ for the google ads ^ ^ to purchase blogs and gallery, also, new hosts, partly to help out anime lovers !

Requirements:
-Must have good knowledge about anime
-Must have access to a lot of anime
-Friendly to members, be helpful but firm at the same time

This is a highest position, you will get access to ALL admin features, you can hire mods, supermods, staffs of your own, set up the site how you want, ban/lock members, .......

For security purpose, i will seek for 2 admins !
So if you think you can do it, please reply !!

umm... maybe i saw this site somewhere on ttvnol.... are you a clone of CAUBEBUTCHI? or a co-founder of that site??? ... just kidding.
About your criteria:
-My knowledge of anime is not bad.... but maybe not so good
-I dont know what you mean at "access a lot of anime". Does it mean i must have the rights to access a lot of anime sites or i must own enough anime *****pport your site? In the second case, one of my friends runs an anime shop, so i can force him to give me some...lol
-im always kind to everyone , not only friendly

what i meant by access is that you can download and upload anime!!
this is more like mods and staffs jobs; so i''''m looking for a group that can upload anime, pretty much. And in that group i need a leader, and that one will get to become an admin !

ntw, i have nothing to do with caubebutchi.tk site . I work in truyentranh.org only !
