what do u gonna do when you are upset about something?

I do not think you have to be Catholic. you know, one time when I was really angry, I almost cried and I when you church in Distric 3 I did cry and there was one girl she came to me and give me a hand. I talked to her for half an hour. And she also shared with me her sorrow. One thing I knew was she is not a Catholic but she went to church because she just needed a place to go and talk to someone. She said when she saw me she though that we can exchange our thoughts. I told her that God will always hears what you said exspecially when you are upset.
"Life is full of up and down" and I believe that upset or stress or depress is necessary for life. Because after that it makes you more mature and make you more mighty. I think so. Am I right when i think that?
