when will I physically receive the score?

took TOEFL Int''l last Saturday. The Bulletin said the score''d be mailed 5 weeks after the test date. Obviciously, this is the maxiumum amount of time it takes the score to reach the examinee. So what I really want to ask is how long after the test date it''ll take the score to reach me in Vietnam in normal circumstances. 3 weeks or 4 weeks? or strictly 5 weeks? Apart from scores by phones, is there any other alternative to get the score earlier, say by contacting IIE, or so on?
