I need some help of you. I will have to hand on my assignment next week but I still don''''t know how to start.
Thequestion is " Describe the possible steps in dealing with problems in business ( such as human resource, finance, crisis etc) Give examples of some companies which have been successful on it
Would you give me some idea to do it. Or give me the source to search the examples for it?

Tourism''s effect upon our society is remarkable. it can be found in both advantages and disadvantages.
Firstly, one of benefits of tourism is descreasing unemployment. Formerly, th situation of having too much free time but lacking of work used to be popular. However, when tourism develops, an increase in the need of eating, drinking, playing or buying of visitors attracts more and more people to do these services. Thus, a number of people who have work raises much higher.
Another good thing that tourism brings us is motivating the development of the country on fields such as: economy, infrastructure and culture. Thanks to this none-smoke industry, the government has earned much exchange currency. And some parts of this amount of money are used to rebuild and improve roads, bridges, harbours or reinvest in beautiful tourist places. Moreover, tourism helps our tra***ional handicrafts have a chance to revive and exports as well as the value of the national culture like water puppet, ca Tru... are preserved and developed.
Besides the great benefits of tourism, we are facing the bad effects that it causes. The environment in tourist region is influenced. Because some visitors are also litterbugs and sometimes to make landscapes more attractive and beautiful; people have intervened natural sights according to their wishes.
Another bad aspect of tourism is relevant to social evil. Prostitutes disguise as receptionists, or criminals impersonate as travelers. Such phenomena are becoming popular and make our society instable and the ethic value retrograde.
In conclusion, we have to accept the fact that it seems to be impossible to reject all disadvantages of tourism. We should control and limit them and promote its advantages to turn
Vietnam truly into the destination of millennium.

The same: eating, drinking and buying to be replaced by consuming. do these services too general: e.g. take on these services. I totally agree with the statement that the most important aspect of a job is its money. In my country there are too many people living in a low con***ion, work is the only way to escape the current status. Though, people have to find a job can bring them back as much money as possible.
Firstly, we can imagine if a person can not earn enough money for his or her basic needs like food, clothes, housê? he or she will not have time to think about the joy of job. People must have enough money before they think about any other matter of job so they choose a job with high salary. But during the process of finding money through their job, worker may fall in love with the job they do and they could gain both satisfaction money. Even in case people feel bored with their job but they can not find another job with better salary they will keep their current job.
Secondly, one of the greatest task of my country is have a economic status better. Vietnam have the GDP per capita of 400 dollars per year and are one of the poorest country in the world. All citizens of Vietnam have the mission to earn money for them and for their country. Social appreciate a business man with a huge amount of money and consider him as a successful person. In ad***ion, by finding a way in their business, they can create many new jobs, helping unemployment worker finding a way to deal with difficulties in finance.
In conclusion, I deeply believe in the biggest motivation of a man in finding a job is the money. Rich people not only receive the better life for their own but also help other people by giving them a job with high salary.

Some student want to attend a university in their home country, others desire to finish their university education abroad. Which do you think is a better way to get university education? Why? Give specific reason.
For many students in my country, university education is a crucial factor *****ccess in the future. In my home country, Students have to pass an exam to enter university and this exam is quite difficult. Others choose to study abroad where they can learn from both the advance theory and the develop social. I personally think that the latter is the better one.
If student stay in their home country, the life seems to be easier. They live near their family and when they confront the difficulty family might help them to solve problems. In college, they study in native language and it is really simpler than learning in foreign language. If their family is the middle class, their parents may give them enough money until they graduate university. They just need to concentrate to their work in college and get the best scores.
On the other hand, student study abroad must face to many difficulties. They are too far from their parents and in many cases the financial aid from their family is limited. Therefore, a student needs to find a job to cover their fee from school to real life. However, I think itâ?Ts a good chance for them to improve their ability to live independently, which is a crucial skill for success in the future. They could enjoy the life in campus with convenient library, class, advanced technology and meet various people from different culture. Moreover, they could learn from the advanced education whose theory is very practical. When they return their home country, the advance skill they gain from learning is appreciated. They could also gain much more experience from develop social life and this lesson will be essential to apply to their own country.
In sum, each person could choose their best way based on their own situation. But I prefer studying abroad because their profits outweigh their disadvantages. The life may hard in the beginning but it will return the success once you can overcome these obstacles.
