It's not idiomatic English, but the meaning is clear enough. (except that the "uper" should be "upper", and the "they" before "uper" should be "them").
A native speaker would say that "it is not wise to put all women or even a single woman on a pedestal". No one deserves to thought of as better than they are: It puts too much pressure on them.
IMO, Women are not inherently better than men. They are essentially the same, except that they are physically different. Psychologically and ***ually, they have the same needs as men do. Their basic physical needs are the same as men's: air, food, water, sleep, excretion, perspiration, physical stimulation of the senses, etc.
