Tiểu đệ xin mở đầu bài này với các nội dung như trao đổi tất cả các vấn đề về Wushu.

Về tiền nong thì hiện đệ đang cần một số sách Wushu ở Việt Nam nhưng cái nhà sách Minh Khai cứ báo hết hàng bán qua mạng hoài cho nên có thể mua dùm sách cho đệ. Sau khi nhận được sách, khấu trừ xong thì đệ sẽ gởi DVD về liền. Lại chú ý, lần đầu giao dịch có thể chỉ lấy niềm tin là chính nên có thể giao dịch nhỏ để thử trước nếu có ý nghi ngờ là đệ lừa người lấy sách, hi hi.

Ngoài ra, các huynh muội cũng nên để ý đến Wushu bên châu Âu ở đây. Có 2 nhỏ song sinh (chắc người Đức) đánh cũng dzữ lắm.

Bi giờ thì chúng ta trở lại với cây cổ thụ của võ học, Thiếu Lâm Tự huyền thoại với các tuyệt kỷ về nội, ngoại công. Chú ý, xin vui lòng đừng thử những công phu sau đây ở nhà (ngay cả khi bạn đã tập qua nội ngoại công Dịch cân kinh). Nếu có chuyện gì xảy ra thì đệ đây không chịu một tí tẹo trách nhiệm nào đâu. Vì các loại nội công đó chỉ là ngoại truyền. Còn các tuyệt kỷ trong này là nội truyền, chỉ truyền trong nội bộ Thiếu Lâm thôi thì phải. Ngoài luyện nội công, còn có một số bài thuốc uống, xoa và các kỷ thuật đặc biệt khác (bí mật sản xuất của công ty mà, phải giữ kín chứ).

Đại lực kim cang chỉ chắc (?). Nghe nói rằng trong vòng 5 đời trụ trì của Thiếu Lâm gần đây thì chỉ có một người luyện thành, trồnng chuối bằng 1 ngón tay trỏ mà không cần bất cứ sự trợ giúp nào. Ở đây có phần trợ giúp của hai chân móc vô cây kèo, ngoài ra hình như xài tới 4 ngón tay lận.

Ở đây tiểu đề không bắt đầu bằng xuất xứ của Wushu, lịch sử cũng như những quy tắc cở bản. Cái đó xin để một số sư huynh khác sẽ post lên, hoàn thiện lại phần kiến thức Wushu trong này sau. Đệ xin bắt đầu bằng các quy định trong cuộc thi Wushu Olympic 2008 tại Trung Quốc sắp tới. Sau đây là một số quy định về thăng bằng, tấn, cước pháp... (Chú ý, đây là quy định thi Olympic nên các sư huynh muộiđừng thắc mắc tại sao nó hơi xa vời quá đối với những điều mình đang tập luyện hằng ngày. Nếu các sư huynh muội nào hoàn thiện được hết các quy định này trong bài quyền thì có cơ hội được trong 11/11 điểm rồi, hi hi)

Đệ xin post tiếp loạt bài về Thái Cực quyền. Sau đây là 3 chiêu đầu tiên của Thái Cực quyền giản hóa 24 thức. Về công tác dụng chiến đấu và công dụng chữa bệnh thì đệ sẽ post lên sau. Chú ý, đây là bài tập dưỡng sinh do vận động viên Wushu biểu diễn cho nên có lẽ sẽ không đẹp bằng bài biểu diễn thi đấu Thái Cực quyên thực sự.
