BIOSCAN - BIOMASTER® system of SEGHERS:

The BIOSCAN-BIOMASTER® is the automatic monitoring and control instrument for biological waste water treatment plants.
It combines on-line multistream sampling, monitoring and data-interpretation. It provides an excellent automated support for the control of the biological process.
The sampling and monitoring system is constructed in a compact unit that is placed in the center of the wastewater treatment plant.
The unit is connected with all essential activated sludge compartments and the pretreated waste water by a network of piping.

Em vừa tham gia vẽ mấy cái bể chứa nước của 1 cái project về WWTP của bọn Hà Lan. Em chuyên về tính toán kết cấu bê tông nên chẳng biết tí gì về bảng điều khiển cả Nhưng em thắc mắc vài điều bên lề:
- Công nghệ xử lý nước của Seghers và VN mình thiết kế bảng điện tử phải không bác?
- Dự án này là do nhà thầu nước ngoài đảm nhận hay là hoàn toàn do VN?
- Mà sao ở mấy trang trước, em thấy hình như phần thiết kế thô đều dựa theo ACI Sao ko phải là TCVN hả bác??? Vậy phần thiết kế là do nhà thầu Bỉ? hay Mỹ? hay... ai đó??? Nếu Bỉ thiết kế thì phải dùng theo Eurocode chứ nhỉ

Keppel Seghers secures new contract in Vietnam

Keppel Seghers Engineering Singapore, the environmental technology division of Keppel Integrated Engineering, has secured a contract for the design, supply, construction and installation of 3000 m3/d wastewater treatment plant at the Tam Phuoc Industrial Zone in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai, Vietnam. ​

Cam Ranh Sugar Factory​

This is the first industrial wastewater treatment plant contract for Keppel Seghers’ proprietary third generation UNITANK® in this region. Compared to earlier generations of UNITANK® systems, the latest version is much more compact, provides high treatment efficiencies, and significantly reduces both investment and operational cost. ​

Mr Koen Janssen, Senior Sales Manager (Asia), aid “UNITANK® has a good track record in Vietnam. There are presently six UNITANK® facilities in operation in Vietnam. The analytical result of effluent wastewater at our recently completed project for Camau’s three seafood processing factories shows that most of the effluent data are 8-10 times lower than the most stringent environmental standard by the government of Vietnam, and more than 10 times lower than the contract’s stipulated con***ion on effluent. Keppel Seghers will build on this success and continue to offer our proprietary suite of wastewater solutions to cities in this country.” ​

Foster’s Tien Giang Brewery​

The UNITANK® technology has been applied to treat wastewater at Foster’s Tien Giang Brewery off H_o Ch_i M_inh City, the Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and the Cam Ranh Sugar Factory.

About UNITANK®

UNITANK® is applied for the biological treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater. It is suitable for the treatment of most organic wastewaters originating from industries such as food, breweries, beverages, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, textile, etc.

UNITANK®‚ is a much more efficient and economical technology, occupying much less foot print and has lower operational costs as compared to conventional biological treatment systems. OB 250/251: Closed-Loop Control/ PID Algorithm

You can work with one or more PID controllers in the CPU 928B of the S5-135U. Each controller must be initialized in the restart
organization block. A data block is used to transfer the parameters.
The actual control algorithm is integrated in the system program and you can simply call it as an organization block. A data block is used as the data interface between the control algorithm and the user program.
