VẤN ĐỀ TRONG TẦM TAY VIỆT NAM?

    (CHÚ Ý: Mình không có bà con gì với Seghers, Sonadezi, WWTP Biên hoà 2, Mình post giải pháp của Seghers nhằm giúp cho các Bác đọc TOPIC nầy được dể dàng mà thôi;

Suy nghĩ về WWTP Biên hoà 2 mình nhận thấy có 1 điều khá thú vị, Hệ thống SCADA xử lý WWTP của Seghers được thiết kế và xây dựng trên linh kiện, thiết bị, phần mềm của các công ty khác, bao gồm các PLC chức năng, các IC trong BIOSCAN (BIOSCAN tương tự như LAB điện tử), TAY MÁY (dùng tách dầu), CẢM BIẾN, BƠM, SERVER, phần mềm điều khiển SERVER, phần mềm HMI, ..., Seghers chỉ viết FIRMWARE (PHẦN SỤN điều khiển PHẦN CỨNG), chương trình BIOSMASTER (điều khiển BIOSCAN), chương trình TỰ ĐỘNG ĐIỀU KHIỂN QUI TRÌNH CÔNG NGHỆ XỬ LÝ NƯỚC THẢI CỦA NHÀ MÁY, Mình nghĩ cách làm của Seghers cũng khá hay!)

    UNITANK

    Introduction

UNITANK® is applied for the biological treatment of wastewaters from various sources, municipal as well as industrial (e.g. agro, food, breweries, beverages, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, textile,...

    - Basic configuration is the UNITANK® single stage aerobic, a three compartment activated sludge reactor with an optimal and cost effective combination of the two basic processes, aeration and sludge settling.
    - The UNITANK® with biological nutrient removal can meet very stringent effluent requirements for BOD, nitrogen and phosphorus.
    - Following the tendencies of lower energy input and reduced sludge production the anaerobic UNITANK® is developed for treatment of good biodegradable and more concentrated wastewaters (breweries, agro, food, paper,..)
    - With UNITAINER® , mono UNITANK® and duo - UNITANK® , we have the ideal low investment solutions for the smaller scale applications (small communities, slaughterhouses, agrofood industry,
    - Complex and more concentrated waste waters or stringent effluent quality requires often treatment in different steps. The multi stage UNITANK® configurations like, UNITANK® two stage aerobic, UNITANK® two stage anaerobic-aerobic or UNITANK® Zero discharge offer herefore the perfect solution.
    - The not in my backyard (NIMBY) syndrome forces us to look for fully environment integrated treatment facilities like UNITANKđ Zero emission, the Invisible UNITANK® or the UNILAKE

Whatever configuration is worked out, all have the following advantages
    - Very compact and modular design.
    - Significant reduction in civil piping and electrical works.
    - Advanced, stable and reliable purification process with high removal efficiencies
    - Simple and full automatic, continuous operation.
    - Increased flexibility by optimal use of the time control parameters
    - A custom-made, all in solution for a very competitive price.
    - Proven Technology with more then 300 references world-wide.

With the new "third generation" UNITANK® Seghers Keppel Water succeeds once more, to offer one of the most advanced activated sludge systems for treatment of municipal and industrial waste waters (petrochemical, chemical, food)

Ultra compact, modular, super flexible and redundant with lower construction and operational costs.

The smallest UNITANK® (UNITAINER®) has a capacity of a few hundred population equivalent
The largest is treating the wastewaters produced by 2.000.000 people (> 400.000 m³/day)
More then 300 installations for industry as well as for municipalities have been built or are under construction. World-wide in more then 40 different countries.

    - UNITANK® single stage aerobic
    - UNITANK® with biological nutrient removal
    - UNITANK®anaerobic
    - Multistage configurations
    - Integrated configurations
    - Small Units

INTELLIGENT PROCESS CONTROL (The BIOscan-BIOmaster® system).

(Visualisation and control for new waste water treatment plant for Vietnam. Existing out of pumppit, fysico-treatment, biological tanks (unitank system) and sludge treatment (centrifuge). Communication from SCADA to the Bioscan-unit.)

The BIOscan-BIOmaster® system, It enables the client to control the installation on actual waste water and effluent quality as well as on actual process parameters.

    BIOSCAN®:
The BIOSCAN® is the automatic monitoring instrument for waste water treatment plants. The BIOSCAN® combines on-line multistream sampling and monitoring. This way a better control of the biological process can be achieved.

    Principle:

The sampling and monitoring system is constructed as a compact unit that is placed in the center of the wastewater treatment plant.
The unit is connected with all essential activated sludge compartments and the waste water by a network of piping.
A sampling pump takes all sludge and influent samples to the central unit where all measurements take place. The central unit consists of two compartments ; one for inline measuring of pH, DO, temperature and other relevant parameters if wanted. The other for semi continuous measuring of biological activity and biological degradability using respirometry.

    Advantages:

The operator receives realtime data of the biological process and the influent quality. All necessary reactors and streams are monitored with one set of monitoring devices. As a result the BIOSCAN® represents a highly favourable ratio of price/available monitoring data

    BIOSCAN - BIOMASTER®:
The BIOSCAN-BIOMASTER® is the automatic monitoring and control instrument for biological waste water treatment plants.
It combines on-line multistream sampling, monitoring and data-interpretation. It provides an excellent automated support for the control of the biological process.

    Principle:

The sampling and monitoring system is constructed in a compact unit that is placed in the center of the wastewater treatment plant.
The unit is connected with all essential activated sludge compartments and the pretreated waste water by a network of piping.

A sampling pump takes all sludge and influent samples to the central unit where all measurements take place. The central unit consists of two compartments ; one for inline measuring if pH, DO, temperature and other relevant parameters if wanted. The other for semi continuous measuring of biological activity and biological degradability using respirometry.
This sampling and monitoring device is connected to an automatic pilot unit. The automatic pilot is able to interpret biological processes and process parameters of the WWTP in ad***ion to the technical state of the WWTP, being monitored and controlled by the standard PC-PLC control and visualisation.

    Advantages:

With the BIOSCAN-BIOMASTER® a large number of places and samples are monitored with one set of monitoring devices and as a result a highly favourable ratio of price/available monitoring data is obtained.
The control of the central unit, the advanced data interpretation and interface with the WWTP-PLC are all managed by a PC.
The operator continuously receives accurate process information, also being able to interfere or interact with the automatic monitoring system.

    UNIBRANE

The UNIBRANETM process uses membrane bioreactors with high performance internal (submerged) or external (overpressure) membrane modules of the last generation.
The UNIBRANETM process allows very high nitrogen removals due to the combination of high biomass concentrations and multi staged reactor configuration with alternated anoxic and aerated zones. This allows pre-, and post-denitrification to occur resulting in an unbeatable effluent quality.
The usual biomass concentration in the bioreactor amounts to 12 up to 18 kg/m3 resulting in an extremely compact waste water treatment plant thus reducing the required (valuable) land area by a factor of 3 to 5 compared with conventional systems.
The excess sludge production is lower compared to conventional systems due to the lower F/M ratio generally applied on this type of systems.

    UNIBRANETM SUBMERGED MEMBRANE SYSTEM

In the UNIBRANETM system, membrane separation is integrated into a reactor realising activated sludge process. Filtration is effected due to negative pressure applied from the effluent side, as the complete mixed reaction is taking place in the reactor.

The membranes are manufactured from PVDF, which offers extremely good chemical resistance and protection from physical damage. PVDF produces a filtration surface with a very high pore density and small pore size resulting in high flux rates combined with a low potential for fouling.

The most striking advantage of this system is the very compact construction method. By using membranes for separation of biomass and effluent, the dry solids content in the bioreactor can be increased to 15.000 - 20.000 mg/l

It should be noted that typical values from existing SKG plants are Suspended Solids <1mg/L, BOD 2-3mg/L, NH3-N<2mg/L and turbi***y levels of 0.2-0.4 NTU

The UNIBRANETM is a Membrane BioReactor system that is known for it''s very stable, high performance.

    UNIBRANETM OVERPRESSURE MEMBRANE SYSTEM

Like the submerged MBR, an external MBR can operate under circumstances where the dry solids content in the biology is extremely high. Due to the higher energy consumption, overpressure membrane systems are mainly used for lower capacities or where high operation temperatures cross the tolerable limits for submerged membranes. Think about thermophilic con***ions (up to 60-650 C).

    TAMAREđ

The TAMARE® process is especially suited for the treatment of toxic waste water or waste waters containing recalcitrant COD or recalcitrant organic nitrogen compounds originated from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The process uses a aerobic thermophilic membrane bioreactor with external tubular membranes. More over the process can be assisted, in option, by chemical cracking of the recalcitrant molecules in order to enhance their biodegradability.
